Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as WKND STYLES CO is not responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified if it is approved.

Approved returns are issued as store credit via electronic gift card sent by email.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an electronic gift card through email for store credit.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked final sale
